Our staff members are experienced, dedicated professionals. Teachers at Early Learning Centers of Broward are degreed educators in early childhood or elementary education and/or have received a CDA, the Child Development Associate credential.

We require all teaching staff to attend professional development courses throughout the year and receive additional onsite training in various areas. Our staff members also receive safety training and are First Aid and CPR certified.

Student-to-teacher ratios meet the higher APPLE and Gold Seal standards, to ensure the safety of the children as well as enable individualized attention.

Each teacher respects, values, and accepts all children as individuals. Our teachers are strongly committed to establishing positive personal relationships with your child, listening and adapting to their responses and differing needs, interests, styles, and abilities. Throughout the day, the teachers are instrumental in encouraging your child to explore, create, inquire, develop self-confidence, and enjoy the wonder of the world around them.

Teachers work together as a team, giving each other support, which gives your child stability and a sense of security. Teachers also receive support from a strong management team. Each team consists of a Director, Assistant Director, and Camp Director.
